Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Arca app and the https://arca.page website, operated by Pacifiq. By downloading or using Arca, you agree to these terms.

The most important thing to understand

Arca encrypts your vault on your device. Your PIN protects the vault's encryption keys, and we have no recovery key. This means:

  • We cannot recover your PIN or decrypt your vault if you forget it.
  • We cannot retrieve, reset, or restore your data for you.
  • You are responsible for remembering your PIN and keeping your own encrypted backups.

Copies you export or back up elsewhere remain there until you delete them. Erasing your vault does not remove those copies.

Link downloads and acceptable use

Save from Link in the app is provided for personal use with content you have the right to save. By using it, you agree that:

  • You will only download content you own, content in the public domain, content licensed to permit downloading, or content you have the rights holder's permission to save.
  • You will not use it to infringe copyright, and you accept that you — not Pacifiq — are responsible for what you download and what you do with it afterwards.
  • You will not use it to circumvent digital rights management, paywalls, subscription controls, or any technical access restriction.
  • You will not redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit downloaded content without the rights to do so.
  • You will respect the terms of service of the platform the content is hosted on. Many platforms restrict downloading, and this tool does not override those terms or grant you any right you didn't already have.

The downloader is offered as-is and without warranty. It depends on third-party services we do not control, and it may break, change, or be withdrawn at any time. Requested content may pass through our servers or be temporarily staged to combine or convert streams. The service does not provide a hosted library or a backup of your downloads. Copyright complaints. If you believe this service is being used to infringe your copyright, contact support@trilliwon.com with the material identified and evidence of your rights, and we will respond promptly. The source platform hosts the original content. We will act on legitimate reports concerning our service, including by restricting access to the service where warranted.

All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are property of their respective owners. Arca is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arca on compatible devices you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the store where you obtained it and these terms.

Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. These terms do not limit the rights those licenses grant you, including access to covered source code and modifications.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Arca lawfully and only to store content you have the right to store. You may not use Arca to store or distribute unlawful material, or attempt to circumvent its security or licensing.

Purchases and subscriptions

Arca is free to download. Available Premium plans, local prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before purchase. A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the relevant store's rules. Trial eligibility and the price charged after a trial are shown with the offer.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Apple ID subscription settings, or a Google Play subscription in Google Play's Payments & subscriptions. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by your store. Refunds are handled under the store's rules and applicable law. Uninstalling Arca or erasing a vault does not cancel a subscription.

A lapsed subscription does not delete or lock items you already imported. You can still view and export them. Premium features, including creating new encrypted backups, may require an active entitlement. Restore Purchases checks purchases associated with your current store account; it does not restore vault files or recover a forgotten PIN.

No warranty

Arca is provided “as is.” While we design Arca for strong security, no software is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacifiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from a forgotten PIN, a missing backup, or device loss or failure.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
